My name is Philip. I am the Lead Pastor of Oasis Church in Los Angeles. My wife, Holly, and I started the church over 28 years ago with 10 people, in a home Bible Study in Beverly Hills.

In 2008 I founded Generosity Water, a non-profit organization committed to bringing solutions to the clean water crisis. We have funded over 400 wells in 18 different countries, bringing clean water and hope to over 250,000 people.

I like to write about leadership, ministry, relationships, marriage, social justice, and occasionally I write about just living life - ‘being me’ … random stuff that I like.

My goal is to write about things that will make you think, feel and grow. If you want to make a difference in the world – then this blog is for you.

I am a husband to one wife – Holly Wagner – the Godchick - and a father to two grown kids - Jordan and Paris.

I speak internationally on subjects like building healthy relationships, leadership lessons from a church in Hollywood and social justice issues, like the clean water crisis and helping widows and orphans.
