Halloween is here. When I was a kid I loved this holiday; free candy, costumes and friends. At Oasis Church  we are planning a costume party on our property. The reason is to provide a safe and fun time for children in our community. But I also feel the urgency to caution people to be wise and alert. Here’s my reason. My name is Philip.  I am the ‘Lead Pastor’ of Oasis Church in Los Angeles.  My wife, Holly, and I started the church over 25 years ago with 10 people, in a home Bible Study in Beverly Hills. In 2008 I founded Generosity Water, a non-profit organization committed to bringing solutions to the clean water crisis.
